Professional Services is the Sophos team that gets a deployment finished properly: faster rollout, tailored configuration, and custom work built on the Sophos APIs.
This is deployment and configuration help, not monitoring. If you want somebody watching your estate day to day, that is MDR. Professional Services is for getting it built, tuned and integrated in the first place.
