Per user per month. Tell us your user count and what you are running today and we will scope what we would take on.
Is this the same as MDR?+
No. MDR is a vendor service focused on threat detection and response. Managed services covers the operational work of running your security stack day to day. Many businesses have both.
Do I have to buy my products from you?+
No, but it is simpler if you do. We can manage products bought elsewhere, though renewals and support escalation are cleaner when they sit with one supplier.
What if I already have IT support?+
We often work alongside a general IT provider, taking the security-specific work they are not set up for. Tell us the split you want.
