What to expect after placing your order with us

When placing an order a few important items to consider.
1) End User information
Once we receive your order, we'll contact you via phone to confirm the End User business information and contact information. Please have the following End User information ready;

Company website

2) Order processing time
Once your order is received it takes 2-3 days to process through the payment gateways and eventually back to our bank. As soon as payment is received at our bank, we commence order placement with the distribution company.
The ordering process usually takes about 5-7 business days, so do give yourself enough time for ordering.
3) Orders over $5000
If your purchase order is over $5000, we highly recommend contacting us for a better discounted quote.
4) How long does it take get the security appliance delivered
Once the order processing is completed, delivery is scheduled. This usually take about 4 business days to complete.
