What's the difference between Standard and Xstream protection?

Both are XGS firewall subscription tiers. Standard is the core firewall with IPS and web filtering. Xstream layers on high-volume TLS inspection plus Zero Trust and deeper app control. Most growing networks land on Xstream, and we'll confirm which fits your traffic.

Can I buy Sophos licensing monthly instead of paying upfront?

Yes. Sophos licensing is available two ways: a per-user term subscription over 1, 2, or 3 years paid upfront (CAPEX), or a per-user monthly subscription paid month to month (OPEX). Pick whichever suits your budgeting.

How do I size the right XGS firewall?

Sizing comes down to your user count, your internet throughput, and how much inspection you switch on. Small offices run desktop XGS, mid-market the distributed-edge series, enterprise the enterprise-edge models. Send those numbers and we'll size it with you.

How fast will I get a Sophos quote?

Is there a fee for the Sophos Central management console?

No. Sophos Central, the cloud console you run everything from, comes free with any Central-managed product, however many licenses you buy. You pay for the products and their licenses; the management platform is included. There's a free 30-day trial too.
